Understanding the Spirit of Judas

The spirit of Judas can be seen as the net the fisherman takes afishing. Judas is the net the enemy uses to catches its victim. Judas is very influential, usually closeknitted to the victim, and always on the innercircle. When evil is being cooked and the enemy is loooking for who to send, Judas responds, "send me", because only Judas can do the works of betrayal.

One strategy to win spiritual battles is to walk in great discernment and identify the Judas on the inside. The enemy lacks direction and is unable to strike until a Judas has an access to the target.

The spirit behind most form of betrayal is the spirit of Judas. The same spirit that betrayed Jesus. That spirit is still at work today.  The enemy cannot get to function without intelligence on victims, and that’s why a corrupt insider is needed.

Whenever disasters are happening within a family, whenever destruction is recurring and trouble never goes away. Sometime, it may be due to the present of the spirit of Judas. This spirit knows how things happen on the inside, and becomes crafty, designing a pathway for the enemy to get hold of a supposed friend.

In the life of Jesus, there was Judas - a friend and a disciple. The chief priests and scribes were not quite clear on how they would catch a Jesus and kill him. They had laid several snares of words, but He didn’t fall into any of them, for the Father has d given him a mouth and the wisdom which all god adversaries cannot contradict. An insider was needed. That insider was Judas. The insider went to consult with his enemy, designing an overall plan of “how he might betray Him to them”- Luke 22:4. After he told them how, they were glad.

The external enemy doesn’t really know how, the internal enemy gives the enemy the plan for destruction”.

Wrapped in love

Delilah was planted in Samson's life to bring him to an end. Without Delilah's companionship,  Samson's enemy would not capture him. This tactic remains the devi's best seller. The devil is getting hold of many men and women through the people they open up their lives up to in affairs, relationship and sometimes in marriage.

Judges 16:18 : When Delilah saw that he had told her all that was in his heart, she sent and called the lords of the Philistines, saying, "Come up once more, for he has told me all that is in his heart." Then the lords of the Philistines came up to her and brought the money in their hands.

Betrayal wrapped in honor

Before Naboth was killed, the elders under the instruction of Jezebel placed him in a high place of honor. Before some betrayal, the victims are honored in a rare occassion withoout knowing that the occassion was a snare to them and to seal their destruction.

1 Kings 21:8-10: So she wrote letters in Ahab's name and sealed them with his seal, and sent letters to the elders and to the nobles who were living with Naboth in his city. Now she wrote in the letters, saying, "Proclaim a fast and seat Naboth at the head of the people; and seat two worthless men before him, and let them testify against him, saying, 'You cursed God and the king ' Then take him out and stone him to death."

Betrayal from a superior

This betrayal came from David to Uriah. Uriah was one of David's mighty men who owas also in the army of Israel at the time. David set Uriah into the most dangerous place in the battlefront, and took away defense from Uriah. There are times where mentors, leaders betray those who they mentor.

2 Samuel 11:15: He had written in the letter, saying, "Place Uriah in the front line of the fiercest battle and withdraw from him, so that he may be struck down and die."

Betrayal from family member

Betrayal sometimes come from inside the most interior part of your life - the family. This kind of betrayal is usually the most destructive. Not many people who were betrayed by a family member got out of that experience healthily.

Micah 7:6 : For son treats father contemptuously, Daughter rises up against her mother, Daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; A man's enemies are the men of his own household.

You dont have to go through betrayal aall over again since Jesus went through the greataest one for you. You have to actively check within yuorself to be sure the devil doesnt have any legal foothold over you. Otherwise, the betrayal towards you would be a valid curse plaguing you. If that's the case, repent and make your ways right before God. Enter into deeper prayers and break curses in your life, there are a lot of curses to break using the Uncursed manual
